Hi there, there is a long thread about Dash 9 Update where you can grab all the informations you are asking for.

The Dash 9 update is working now for everybody, since couple days ago, they are on \RSC\Dash9Pack01 folder. These are BNSF, BNSF Clean, Warbonnet, Warbonnet Clean, NS and CN.

SP Dash 9 was not affected by update, it's another asset and part of \RSC\DonnerPass folder.

About re-paints working (or not) after the update, that's up to the each re-paint's creator verify and show a fix, if the case, but I guess they are still working (not sure, though), maybe you just need to reinstall the re-paints.

I have that problem too, and I fix simply by uninstalling and then re installing the affected texture, for example uninstalling the UP dash 9 pack and then re installing it. At least thats what worked for me. Hope it helps.

I believe all of those you said can be found here, I would link but Im building currently, so a quick look through the file library and you should find them.
