Hi, Noel. Yep, basically it's the only train you can select, then run forward.
How much RAM is present, and what OS are you using, 32 or 64-bit? Is the graphics card separate or built-in to the motherboard? What is your hard drive size and speed? I had an HP desktop with similar specs and the ATI Radeon HD4200 was on the motherboard, not a separate card. If this is the case, you might benefit from a graphics card upgrade.
I know this is a lot of info but the more you can tell me about the machine the more I may be able to help.
