Newest RW_Tools

Hi! The newest version of RW_Tools, 3.1.36, no longer has the ability to create Marker blueprint files. Is there a new method for doing this? Cheers; Chuck F.

Is there a reason Mike removed the feature? Having decals is great, but I always lay the mainline based on carefully laid series markers. For me, and IMHO, decals are best suited for object placement and building roads.
