Rolling stock needed for Settle-Carlie

I downloaded the SC from Railworks but for some reason the following stock did not download. Railworks is of no help. Does anyone know where I can get the following:
SC Class 37 ews
SC HTM Coal Hopper ews
TIA

You can't and you don't need to.
You need to verify the RW3 local file cache, as outlined in this thread.
