Horseshoe Curve Editor

Unread postby The_Garbear » Wed Jul 25, 2012 1:29 pm

I got HSC a couple of weeks ago and now I'm starting to make scenarios for it, but every time I exit and re-launch Railworks the route re-locks itself preventing me from editing my work-in-progress scenarios, unlike the rest where I only had to unlock it once. Is this an issue with the route, or is there a way to fix it? It's exceptionally irritating having to make a new scenario for the purpose of unlocking the route thus allowing me to edit my scenarios. I have tried verifying game files and that didn't help.

Not sure of why it is happening, but I am sure that everytime you verify the cache they all get locked again. The ones that are locked by default, not necessarily all of them.

This is how I do it, While in a scenario I hit escape key and go into the world editor. Once in the world editor I click on the lock button on the bottom right hand of the editor screen. Once I get the confirmation box to confirm that I am unlocking the route I click on yes and now the route is open to editing to include the scenarios. I do suggest one thing, and that is clone the scenario you want to edit. Helps out when you make a mistake.
