Problem with NS Atlanta Northern Dist route

I downloaded and really want to enjoy the Problem with NS Atlanta Northern District route. However, I am getting an error on start up thats causing the Sim to lock up hard.

Error: Failed to create vertex buffer

Anybody know how to fix this? I have all the appropriate 3DT stuff and the patches installed in the correct order.

Just a guess on my part...Check if your system specs meet the route's minimum system requirements. IIRC this route requires a fairly robust system. I don't have this route for precisely this reason. This type of error is typical of either or both insufficient graphics card or system resources.
