Yet another payware scenario failure

Yet another faulty, unplayable scenario from Railworks Scenario Works! This one is called "Fifth Shift", and this is what happens on start-up of either available version:

Image

Just to add insult to injury, Railworks Scenario Works website no longer exists. If you don't believe me, you can try for yourself: http://www.railworks3scenarios.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi. On May 9, a representative of this company, "4 man Dan Hernandez", posted to this forum: "Hello, Yes, I'm here. I am camping/canoeing/cutting ties to technology for 2 weeks with my girlfriend, and we are checking our emails very rarely while here. Unfortunately I can' t check the scenario until I get home on the weekend. Please check the website on Saturday for an update. AFAIK, I never ran into any problems on the NPFM scenario, but I did make an edit before release and may have inadvertently switched player commands around causing the error. Should be an easy fix."

Did those of us who bought this scenario pack help pay for his camping trip? Will he ever return? Will these scenarios ever be fixed?

Who knows?????????????????????????????????????????????

I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings, since this is the weekend he said he'd be home.

Hellow wanted to weigh in on this one
I had several issues with several of the scenarios offered by RW Scenario Shop
I had sent very detailed descriptions to Matt & I have to say was very quik to get back to me
within moments ..I believe he had found his version of RW wasn't completely up to date
thus followed thru with updating his end then tested & sent myself a link to redownload making repairs
Someone else had advised Matt Scenario 5 was acting up during that time so Matt asked me to try 5 myself
I got the very same screen being shown here in Forums..before I contacted Matt I just happened to open
Scenario Editor for that activity did nothing else but to save & close then restart RW clear the blue print cache during startup the scenario loads
works great.. I had let Matt know of that simple fix around the 27th I believe it was & believe he found the very issue & released an update...
Anycase do try what I did see if it will get ya going..If Matt indeed has taken some time away, please be kind / mindful for the moment..
Like I say Matt was so fast in getting back to me I hadn't time to even close emails before next came in....

As many posts that have been made by the numerous members here that have lacked capitalization, punctuation, and misspelling, and you're just now saying something? !**conf**!

Thank You Hawk

Beginning to wonder if I'd stumbbled upon the linch mob...lol....
I'm aware I miss proper letter composure.... surely not from lack of schooling...
I figure we naturally stop whiles reading along in proper spots without the need for little dots / dashes ect...
esp when I really can't see them withou typing 3 / 4 of them
If I follow along what was tought in school so long ago will take me an entire day to post a sentence...lol...
besides just finding keys can be time consuming for me so most will probably catch mis-spellings as well
I thought a quik post trying to help another was doing my good deed for the day...perhaps not...
I do what I can if others un-able to sleep seeing my posts from time to time...I'll go it alone...

Thank You Again

Hey, no personal offense. !!**sorry**!!
I only wanted to say that it might be exhausting for some to read your post.
And yes, I now might seem to be a nitpicker in the eyes of some. Believe what you want.

Of course, there are many posts that are not free from mistakes (including mine), but it was really awkward to read this running text.
Never saw sth. like this here before, sorry.
