3DCrafter Decapod's Plugins problem

Hi.
I recently started constructing trains for use in RW3, and one of the needed tools are Decapod's Plugins for 3DC. I got the plugin version they said I should get. The plugin version was for 3DC 8.2 (which I had installed). However, when it was installed, I'd try to export my train, but it would not work for some reason. The only export option was POVray (pov). Isn't it supposed to have the one export option for railworks? I tried to find a fix for this or an exporter but no luck. Any help?

Under the Main Toolbar, find the Tools, Options, and go to the last tab. Make sure that "Enable Trainworks" is checked. Restart your program.

When you export your object, click on "File", "Export", "Trainworks", choose Railworks Intermediary Geometry file (igs). There is an option for an alternate Raikworks export, but ive never used it.

The thing is, I have Enable Trainworks ticked. I tried reinstalling everything, even repairing them.
