On Pikes NS Whiteface C40-9W how do I take the headlight glow on the ground off?

He gave them to me as he is not into RW right now and I will be remaking them with the new lighting system, so if you can wait a bit you wont have to do it yourself. I am redoing all of his NS and CSX repaints of the D9.
