After placing a scenery model can't move it again???

....Hello all.

I would like to ask if anyone has figured out how to fix this problem.

I have a new model that I just recently built that after I place it on the route I can't click on it to move it to where I want it. I can't do anything with it until I bubble it and delete it.

Does anyone know what would cause a new model to do this and how to fix it.

I made the model in 3D Crafter Pro by the way.
