When switches fly...

Anyone else have this? I wonder if this is related to the two switches that show up as bright blue in the tunnel in Donner Pass (dont remember which Tunnel, but its near Emigrant Loop). Is it possible they got moved to a different route?!
I switched to the editor to fly up and investigate, and this is what I found:
