I think it would be easier for Hawk if you'd specify the problem. :D

It would probably be better to let the creator know. There's nothing I can do about it.

Knowing what the problem is might help him too.

Edit 1: 220 downloads and only one report of a problem?

This is what you see when you hit the download button. Sorry I didn't make myself clear. It goes on.

Ah! In that case, there may be something I can do about it.
I checked and that seems to be happening with other 7z files as well.

Thanks for letting me know.

I just did a little testing and the download link works fine in IE8, Opera, and Chrome. For me it only happens using Firefox 8.
If I right click on the link and select 'Save link as...' it works fine.

Can anyone else check this and report back, please?

Left clicking with Firefox works for me now, where it didn't before the server tech fixed it by adding the 7z extension to allowed extensions.
Not sure why it's not working for you unless it's because you still have it cached in your browser. I have my browser set to clear all cache when exiting.

LOL, I get that kind of gibberish on my cell phone now and then. I just reboot it and it's fine after that. Firefox does have a tendency to mess up certain characters at times, probably ones from IE, but I've never seen that much babble before. Strange.

What was happening was Firefox was trying to open the 7z file instead of allowing you to download it. I believe that might have had something to do with the server CP not having the 7z format as an allowable format for download.
Once the format was added to the server list of known, acceptable formats, everything was fine.

What was weird was the fact that all the other browsers didn't have a problem with the format.

The gobbledygook buzz showed is only a small part of what was showing. What you saw was the raw code of the file that the browser didn't know how to read or write.
