disappearing objects

With TS 2012, TSX on and all settings to hightest (detail at 10), I sometimes have a problem whereby turntables and switchstands disappear. It happens about half the time. I can save and load a scenario, and the objects will appear again. Attached is a screenshot of just such a temporarily vanished turntable. Any ideas how to keep this from happening?

Are you trying to run it after edit it? Going from edit to play? If so, thats why they disappear, if not, I dont know why.

I was editing a scenario, then went to play. I will pay more attention in the future, to see if it happens when I have not been editing. Thanks.

Yep, it's a another strange and annoying quirk / bug of RailWorks, and happens often with me when editing routes and scenarios.
Simply exiting the scenario to the Menu, then Play it again will "fix" it (I find it's usually good practice anyways to exit a scenario after editing it, otherwise strange problems like this and other odd problems may occur that normally wouldn't if loading the scenario from the Menu).

Or alternatively, sometimes if you're in free-camera view, "fly-away" a couple of miles, wait a moment (until you notice new scenery items loading in the different area you fly to), then fly-back, and sometimes the missing items will re-load (though this method doesn't always work).

Did you swicht to your desktop with the "Windows" key on your keyboard while in editor and then came back?

That can also be a reason for disppearing switchstands. I have this very often, however, I didn't notice it on TTs.

No Windows key, but I often use alt-tab, which I guess is the same effect. I'm just glad to know that someone running a scenario on my route is not going to see this, unless having done some editing. Thanks for the responses.
