Superelevation and leaning cars

I happened to notice that the coal cars lean a lot more when going around superelevated curves than the other stock on the HSC...curious as to why this is. The inside wheels dig through the railheads.

If you take them round a flat corner they lean outwards a long way too - that's either just a high CoG, or they need some suspension tweaks.
