RW-Tools...Driving the lead locomotive.

Unread postby amfleet01 » Wed Oct 26, 2011 3:53 pm

I have used RW-Tools and cloned the Ridin the Chief Scenario. What I did was add a third locomotive to the two Genesis units in the scenario. The problem I am having is when I save the scenario, restart Train simulator 2012. When I hit the #1 key to get into the lead locomotive I find myself in the cab of the second unit. What do I need to do in RW-Tools to make the lead locomotive the "drivable" one? The way I have the engines set up is...Lead locomotive facing forward....the second and third ones facing backward.

How many locomotives do you have drivers in? Try putting a driver in only the lead locomotive.

In RW tools try clicking on the one you want to drive and then clicking the button that says drive it. Or you could go into the scenario editor for that scenario and just manually add the 3rd engine and put the 1 with the driver on the end
