Do you need a pay pal account to get this? I am thinking of getting this but do not have or want a pay pal account. Thank you.

to use paypal to pay for something you do not need an account If you have a credit card they will process it for you Go to their website and check it out
And by the way this program is a must have and worth every penny you spend on it

RW Tools is great. I have barely scratched the surface of the program.... but it's worth the cost if nothing else but for the ability to swap rolling stock and locos in your favorite scenarios.
