Unable to delete

I seem to have a problem with not being able to delete track, scenery and lofted items since "the big update". The problem is intermittent and seems to come and go all in the same editing session. I can move the assets but can't delete. then a few minutes later delete works again. Then it goes out again. I'm going to send RSC an email about this but I want to know if anybody else is experiencing this problem.
