Britkits 2-6-2 Prairie Installation Problem

I've just purchased the above loco, but I'm having problems installing it - I have other Britkits locos and I've not had a problem like this before. When I install it only the coal tender actually appears in the sim, the loco only shows the front coupler, and although listed the vanderbilt tender doesn't show at all. Once I click on where the loco should be in the sim I just get a SBHH. I've re-installed, cleared the cache, re-installed again, deleted the folder and tried again all with the same results.
I emailed Dick Cowen, and he kindly uploaded the file again in case there was any corruption, but even with the new download I still get the same problem. He appears at a loss as well as why this should be happening.
I'd be very grateful of any advice or suggestions to get this lovely little loco running.
