MILW Coal Extra Question

I have downloaded and installed all of the required rolling stock and Locomotives for the subject scenario, but I can't figure out how to get the F7's to appear in the sim. There are no instructions in the multi-engine download pack, and I have installed the seperate update. Are there any files that have to be moved from the ASTF folder over the MILW folder? Any help would be appreciated.
