SMMDigital Signal Asset missing in Norfolk Southern Atlanta

I got a missing asset of the signals. I'm suppose to download them and I did. I read the instructions how to install the signals and I did. Now I got this

What am I suppose to do?

Did you clear the blueprints before going back into the route?

I did and doesn't work :/. it worked the last time before I reinstalled railworks.

Clearing the blueprint cache fixed the problem?
