I've been trying to get my AI engine to travel a short distance to a siding and pick up some cars, then return to the point of origin but every time it pulls into the siding, it hits the parked cars and smacks them into a derailment. I have to be missing something in the setup of this scenerio. Anyone out there got an idea? Also, is there a tutorial written or video (with SOUND) dealing with this? I am having so much fun with this I can barely stand it! ! !

I don't think the current system can pick up cars, only drop them off. I could be wrong, but that's what I recall.

Only way to get the AI to couple is to put down a marker and precisely position the wagons so that when the engine stops on the marker it just touches them enough to couple up.

The current AI cannot pick up cars.
With the upgrade to Railworks 3 it will be capable to pick up cars being in a marked siding.
