Tried the "Verify integrity of game cache" (Steam-client, games Library, right-click on RailWorks, Properties, Local Files, Verify integrity of game cache) and "Clear Cache" (From initial RailWorks launcher window, Tool & Docs tab, Clear Cache button) option yet?
