I just bought a Gtrax berkshire locomotive and it downloaded ok,the manual was there except on the game the locomotive did not appear.can anybody help?

Have you tried clearing the cache before using it? I've encountered similar problems with my own equipment during my sometimes lengthy testing phases in which I've found changes in the shapes and textures didn't take until a clearing of the cache. Hope this helps.

The problem with that is that i will lose everything that i have changed in routes,the placement of locmotives in routes.Is there any other way.

Try uninstalling it, re-downloading it and then reinstall.

I had the same problem a while back and this is what I did. After that it worked.

Find the email with it and make sure you have your password ready.

If this doesn't help try to contact Rick Grout of GTrax. Either he would know a answer, or he could refund you your money back.

Also, you can restart your computer, sometimes Railworks does this and usually restarting the computer helps.

thanks for all the help, but i bought the game on steam so i don't know how to reinstall

You should click on Verify The Cacth thing in the properties menu, maybe then it will work.

If you clear the blueprint cache, "tools and docs" tab on the game launch window (do this before you start the game) you should not lose any changes. If you verify the game files thru Steam, that's when you can lose any changes you made in game. Try the blueprint cache.

finally solved the issue i restarted the computer and didn't work,then i tried the blueprint cache and it worked.thanks everybody for the help!
