Hello all.

I have been told by a friend that where the signs should be on these two buildings he's getting a missing texture listing.

I would like to ask if anyone else is experiencing troubles with my two buildings.

Want to figure out if it is a global problem, or if it's just his computer.

If you are having problems with these two buildings, The Vintage Apartment Building and Welding Shop please do reply so I can get to the bottom of this and release some kind of update to them.

This is what I get.

I don't see a TgPcDx file for the building.

Yep! All I see is the bin, xml, and GeoPcDx files.

Uploaded a fix for the Vintage_Apartment_1, Vintage_Apartment_2 and the Welding_Shop.

Please tell me if you still have problem with it.

Thanks for helping to test the files, I found out that somehow when packaging I forgot the textures, this time they have been packaged with the item as well, so it should fix it.

I get everything on the apartment building. but the sign on the welding shop does not show up.

I've sent a new fix to Hawk.

He'll probably replace the old one soon.

If this doesn't work there will be nothing else I can do for the welding shop, I'll have to remove.

May I ask though as to which version of the Welding Shop did you try, did you try the new fix that Hawk have already put up?

....Just got message from a friend of mine that the items are now working correctly.

If you are still using the old versions remove them and install the new version.

Thanks for the fix. I love your items. I'm still looking for a decent elevated steel water tower (US). The one I found would not work for some reason. Sure wish there was one out there that we could customize with our own town or industry name on it, (hint-hint). Since my talent curve is mostly a straight line, I would not be above paying for items.

Of course, I already tried water towers and was defeated by it, as well as automobiles because of the curved surfaces. My modeling program Google Sketchup doesn't build those things very well. From there I export through Blender which is a bridge and then export the item into 3D Crafter Pro where I finish them up.

I find it easier to build classic apartments since it was mostly flat.

You can repaint the apartments if you like.

I have had Google Sketchup for a while but seem to get bogged down. I've been trying to re-create the boarding house my grandmother operated in the small sawmill/logging town I have modeled. I barely can remember it as a child and we only have a few photos to go by. I got the 3D Crafter today and have been playing with it. Again, the talent curve is going in a straight line.

These I built in sketchup and then finished in Crafter.

I have another model awaiting texturing, will get to it soon.
