Hi Buzz,

This is not good. I can confirm that the route doesn't load, though in my case it just freezes on the load screen without error messages. Force-quitting railworks64.exe through the Task Manager is the only way out.

Interestingly, the RW&A loads just fine when using the 32-bit version of the game (Railworks.exe) So at least we have a workaround.

It's been a "little while" since we built that route, but from the top off my head I can't remember that we did anything unusual on it, technology-wise. Also, no problems loading a random selection of our other routes that were built by the same people and in similar style (including TreeGen).

Very confusing! At the moment, I don't even know where we can begin to troubleshoot this.

Mine is doing the same thing. Freezing on the load screen. I can confirm it loads in 32 bit. The reference in that line if it's talking about a D: drive, I don't even have a D: drive on my computer.

Hi Buzz,

Good news: Wayne has found the problem. It's that ancient Message Blocker signal script rearing its ugly head again.

Here's a fixed version (from Hi-Line):
Message Blocker.zip

Extract this into:
..\RailWorks\Assets\RWA\Lakeside\RailNetwork\Signals\Scripts\
and overwrite the existing file.

You may also have to delete the .lua file of the same name (I don't know which one gets preference when loading, the .lua or the .out)
Deleting the blueprints.pak in the Lakeside assets folder might also be required.

Cheers,
Michael

Thanks You so much Michael & Buzz. *!!thnx!!* !*cheers*! It works fantastic. Even fixed the problem I was having after the previous Update, where the switches in the Watertown Yard, was killing the Game..

Installing this .out in Lakeside, I suppose Message Blocker.lua is not valid anymore.

Thanks to you for the patch and yes, everything has worked perfectly since then. I thought at first that the new TSC2024 was faulty but no. Also, my TS is better than before. !*cheers*! *!!thnx!!*
