Importing from Blender

Never had this issue when importing models until recently. I could never figure out what causes it. Maybe somebody here has insight on why...

In my limited free time I occasionally 3d model a random thing for the game. In this case, I made this CF7 for use as a child object on top of blank trucks.

The issue comes into play coming out of blender. It was working fine and importing properly to railworks, until I scaled the model up to the appropriate size. Now, when I export it will ALWAYS only import the 'active object' that was selected in blender, rather than everything.

I might be the world's worst at explaining, so heres some pictures to show whats happening:

Here is what I have selected in Blender. Every individual object that needs to be exported

Here is what was imported to Railworks

It was working and importing everything, until suddenly it wasn't. Does anybody have any idea what might cause this?

Edit: Did some playing around, if I export everything I want MINUS one random handrail object, it will work fine. Is this just some glitch? This handrail worked until I scaled it up, and now if I even undo the scaling it still does not work

Did you scale it in Edit or in Object Mode ?
In Object Mode used a CTRL A - Rotation and Scale ?
