Nothing that I select for DOWNLOADING, never downloads to my computer, even though I ACCEPT the Terms/Conditions. Any thoughts from anyone? Thanks.

Have you exited Steam and then signed back in? I didn't look but somewhere there is a "auto update" feature that can be enabled in Steam which I think may help.

Download from where? Steam, or RWA's file library? Or other places too?

We were exchanging emails. I helped him get to the forum and how to start a new topic. I could not figure why he could not download so I told him to go to this forum for better help than I could help him with.

Thank you, Bob. I appreciate your efforts. A friend told me today to open RWA in MS Edge (instead of my default FIREFOX browser). I am now in RWA via MS Edge and still can't download from RWA. ???

Let's start with what kind of security programs are you running? It has to be something at your location that is preventing downloads. What message do you get when you tell it to download?

I get no message.
I have two(2) download locations; 1. My Desktop (default) and my 2. Downloads folder.
It is ONLY RWA for which I cannot download anything.
On RWA I click on DOWNLOAD, then I click on ACCEPT (Terms), I go to Desktop and nothing is downloaded there.

I use Firefox without problems. It is your internet security blocking you. You need to "allow" the download process by checking your exemptions from blocking.

In Microsoft Edge click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner and in the menu that comes down click on downloads. What do you see there?

I see nothing there.

I turned off ALL my security settings except the Firewall and still no download. It's as if the DOWNLOAD and ACCEPT buttons are not active. FYI-I downloaded files from 2 other organizations today of which I belong, and they downloaded right to my desktop.

I have just now discovered my problem. RWA was blacklisted by my Privacy Blocker. Whitelisted RWA and can now Download. Thanks to all who took the time to help me; much appreciated. And a big apology to Bob who I worried to death about this! :)
