SW1500 reskin not appearing in list

I made a reskin of the SW1500 based off one of styckx's Conrail repaints, but I can't get it to show up in the list of rolling stock in the Scenario editor. The process I used to make the new locomotive was no different than what I used to make my GP38-2 reskin, which shows up fine. Any idea what could be wrong?

Apparently Railworks just didn't feel like cooperating. The new locomotive showed up fine today.

I have gotten into the habit of installing some DLC or a skin, then afterwards, just quit RW. Start RW, clear the blueprint cache or items just don't show up. Even tho I know I just installed it!
