I'm assuming you're referring to the 'Bigex' exporter.
From the Bigex Manual:
"Under Windows there are two possibilities. Depending on which option was chosen when installing Blender, the Blender scripts are in different folders.
In case the choice was "Install Blender for all users" this script folder (is) used:
<Windows installation drive>:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\
Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts\
E.g.: C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Blender Foundation\
Blender\.blender\scripts\"
If this is how you installed Blender, then some of these folders are hidden. To unhide them do the following:
1. On C: drive open 'Documents and Settings'.
2. Click on 'Tools' on the top menu bar.
3. Click 'Folder Options'.
4. Click 'View'.
5. Scroll down to 'Hidden files and folders' and click 'Show hidden files, folders and drives'.
Now when you click on your username in 'Documents and Settings', you'll see a number of previously hidden folders, one of them being 'Application Data'. Open it to find
'\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts\'.
Copy and Paste the four scripts into the scripts folder. After doing so, you may want to rehide the hidden files and folders.
