Railworks America

When I start up my railworks, it loads up normally. But, when it gets to the screen to play or edit, it will either freeze in place or just show a black screen. I have not added any new addons to it at all. A few days ago I stopped playing because I was busy recently and now I start it back up and it won't let me play at all. I am really confused. I haven't touch any files or added anything in a long time.

Did all the usual stuff, verify the game files and clear the blueprint cache? Steam did a client update yesterday but Railworks worked fine for me last night.
