So I tried modding the GP38-2 LN from the N with SS 16-654E and gotten so close to making it. All geo paths are correct .The issue at hand is that the engine only appear in the editor with just the couplers and when I play it I get an error message saying it is " Nline GP38-2LN is missing".

It's the Geo thing. The Geo call out in the bin file needs to match the GeoPcDx you are using.

I have triple checked it. The geo call out is correct. All files match in the GeoPcDx

You need to change the highlighted portion to match what the NLine bin is calling for. In this case the scenario is looking for Nline GP38-2LN. It's at the top of the bin file. Compare it to the Nline bin file you are trying to replace.
