TheLocoShop CP SD90MAC repaint

I have a minor problem with one of the repaint, TheLocoShop CP SD90MAC by Mike Durdan and he did the repaint from Eyein12's payware locomotive, SD80 90. I noticed that the throttle is not working at all when try to move the throttle to start the train moving. I have to point my mouse right on top of the throttle to start the train moving. It's a pain to do this. I did sent an email to Ian Allen about this because I asked Mike on Facebook. He is not sure why the throttle doesn't work from the keyboard. I wonder if something to do with throttle physics. If yes, then where do I look for to fix the problem. Otherwise I might have to delete this to Recycle Bin.

Yes I did tick Kuju/RailsimulatorUS and makes no difference with this.
