Lights on for AI trains

As a player I meet an AI train at night or day. The AI train's lights are not on. In real live a train's lights are always on when underway. How can I get the AI train's lights turned on?

I see most of the AI Locomotive with 24x7 headlight on in game.
Which locomotive are you talking about?

It varies locomotive to locomotive whether they are scripted to have their lights on when moving or not.

I was wondering about scripting. Is there a code I could enter for scripting lights on?

We can not read what's inside script so we can not modify it.
There may be some other tricks and I do not know them.

You could edit the bin files with RW Tools to turn the lights on. You then just need to know what to edit and which bin file the code is in to change. I would imagine all that needs to be done is changing a value. Probably best to find an AI loco with lights on and look at the bin file and compare it with one with lights off then change it.

The original Kuju ES44AC and SD40-2 run with the lights on, and have the most simple scripting. I would start by looking at one of them.

I guess I didn't Communicate very well. When I suggested a script code I was referring to entering a script in the Script Box that is appears in the timetable entry screen for the scenario. VRC instructs how to enter a script for their engines in order to have the engine running at the start of a scenario rather than having to start it. I am not good at complicated stuff so editing an existing bin file is beyond me, and I'm too old for school now. Are there any ideas for entering a script in the script box for "lights on"? This is not a life or death issue, but trains in real life always have the lights on. I am surprised that Dovetail did not think of this.

I have been running some scenarios on Marias Pass and Sherman Hill using ES44s and all the AI ones have their lights on.
