What you can to is to clone your existing scenario. Move the gizmo to its new start position (if you don't do that, the game will first load the area around the gizmo and than the area around the player train which results in slow loading of the scenario), same for the player train, reconfigure AI and your timetable. And that should be it.
Some years ago there was a function called scenario chaining that once your scenario ends starts another scenario without first going back to the scenario overview. But this function has been withdrawn for a while. So you have to start the second part from hand.
