Railworks America

Can anyone suggest a fix? The game crashes on the load screen? Photos attached. I have verified the games Cache, twice. It was working yesterday.....but started this last night. TSW still works, without a problem.

I know this may sound tacky but have you rebooted the computer?

Yes Sir......a couple of times.....it won't let me past this screen.....

Have you just installed anything new or were you making changes in anything last time it ran OK? Just trying to get a feel for the problem.

I changed a sound file.....one that I have done a million times.... RWEMD645. No problems. Then, it crashed while playing, and I tried to get back in....bamm, this is what happened. O verified the Cashe twice, and regained files...but this is where I end up.

I suggest you run a LogMate test and let's see where it's hanging up.

Please explain "Logmate" test? I have never heard of that.

Go into your Railworks folder and look for LogMate.exe, open it then start TS. This will create a log. It will stop logging when the crash occurs. Post the last 10 entries of that log here for review. The last entry should indicate the problem folder.
Did you add any workshop just before the issue?

I tried to use Logmate….however, it does work as well.....

Was this ever resolved? I am curious, because now out of the blue I have the same issue, it never fails....

What do you mean it works as well? Does it give you a log so we can figure out what's going wrong?

Start out by verifying files unless you just added something. If you did uninstall it.. Otherwise verify and let's see what happens.
