Locomotives Power Setting Stuck After a Bit of Time

I’m having an issue with multiple locomotives where the throttle is getting “stuck” for lack of a better term. At first it happened with the Alaska GP38, then the Alaska SD70 (or is it a 75)? In both cases after driving for a few minutes the throttle would become unresponsive. I could still move it through the notches, and sometimes the RPMs would change (and sometimes not), but the amps would get stuck. This has happened booth at various power settings. Saving and reloading can provide a temporary reprieve but the issue will set in again after a little bit of time. I use the Searchlight Simulations sounds mods for both. I know the searchlight scripts can sometimes run into issues with re-initializing after loading a save, but in these cases this was happening on a fresh scenario start.

I’ve also run into a similar issue trying to run a BNSF SD70 on Stevens Pass.

The final issue was in a completely different train, the TGV on The Marseille route. I stalled out climbing a hill outside of Marseille as the engine just stopped producing any tractive effort.

So i’m really perplexed as to what could be impacting all of these different engines with a similar issue. I’ve never seen something like this in my years with train simulator.
