how to download folders in railworks that show up as assets?

just a question how do you put models on railworks that are not rwp or rwk because there are such beautifull models that i cant download into railworks because of that, i have steam.i mean when they show up on the folder as assets.

You copy or move the Assets Folder into the Railworks Folder. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\railworks) or (C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\railworks) Allow any overwrites if you're sure you want to overwrite a file.

Unfortunately if you do this, you can't revert back unless you re-install or save the original assets, right?

Correct. If you're only adding new items you're ok though.

Yes, if it is packed with the full path in the zip file like Assets\Developer\... the overwrite question is usually for the assets folder. You should look into the other folders to see if it will effect some of the default assets.

You can have Steam overwrite the default files changed, but it won't touch any non-default items.
