The "no route to destination" message is not unusual. It usually means that what many scenario creators call "the dispatcher" cannot find trackage leading from point A to point B. This may happen because some obstacle, most often a piece of rolling stock, is located along the route between A and B as "the dispatcher" conceives it or that, in rare cases, the two points are not actually connected by tracks. It may also mean that you haven't performed a file integrity verification recently.
Solutions? Sometimes this problem goes away by itself after you've verified files and emptied the cache; even shutting down TS, rebooting your computer, and opening your scenario for editing again can work. If those steps fail, try physically searching the tracks between A and B yourself, using the 2D map or, better yet, following the route you intend your train to follow in the "3D" world. Sometimes the "dispatcher" is just to stupid to find a pathway between A and B, in which case providing intermediate way-points may help; you can use GoVia instructions to select existing track markers or insert some of your own.
Give these tricks a try and get back to us if they do not work.
