Invisible Track

I've downloaded two freeware routes off of RWA, and the track is invisible. The two routes I downloaded were the Ann Arbor Railroad and the NERW LA Route. I've followed the instructions but clearly I've not done something right. Rolling stock is able to be placed on the track and is where it should be in sessions. I've no idea what I've done wrong and any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

There is no such thing as a NERW LA route. Do you have any of the ScaleRail stuff installed? https://www.3dtrains.com/downloads/scalerail/

I'm sure these routes need them. From the instructions:
