i accidentally deleted my barstow to san bernardino route is there any possible way i could re-get it back?

You should just be able to get it back by verifying the game files. Click on the Steam icon and choose Libraries. Right click on Railworks and choose Properties> Local Files tab> Verify. You may have to do that a few times, until you get zero files reaquired.
