Does anyone know why the NJT comet IV cab car is so laggy my Fps is in the 20s when I drive it

Check to see if the cab light is on, those have tendencies to kill you frame rate when they're on.

cab light is off i think its the head lights that kill the frame rate

Not surprising. DTG loves their shadow casting lights.
