BLE Route crashing

If it isn't one thing its another.... so with a clean install of TS18 now working properly, I can't get the new BLE route to load. It freezes up and causes the game to crash and me having to restart it. I have verified the game files through steam, cleared the cache, tried reinstalling it, nothing but the same result. This happens in trying to create a new scenario, QD, or any of the pre-made scenarios. All other routes work just fine. I also got the BLE engines and cars to work in other routes. Running with logmate gets the same result every time:

[RunTimeError 12:19:43 AM] Trace mdump.cpp : 422 = error handlers have been set

Oddly enough, the first three lines are the same as the first three lines in the first crash I was having.... I can't figure it out because the RailSimulatorCore folder is present as well as Cameras\EditCamera001.xml. As usual, any help is MAJORLY appreciated.

Just to clarify for troubleshooting sake...

So TS2018 will run fine with routes OTHER than the B&LE? (Try a few different ones out please to test)

B&LE rolling stock works on other routes.

When you uninstalled the B&LE, which method did you use to do so? Is it possible to verify the size of your download package for it, to compare against others.

Since it took a few attempts to verify files, and reinstall your TS2018 installation before to get it working, I'm wondering if there is an issue with your connection which may cause issues with the files downloaded. I'm just hypothesizing with this based off of the data we think we know.

As a side note those first 3 errors you will always get not matter what you do. It's a core game issue

Also are you having this problem trying to do a QD or in one of the Career scenarios?

I read these errors as signs of a corrupted track.bin file.
I would first try verifying local files repeatedly until it shows 0 files acquired two times in a row.
Failing this I would remove the DLC in the Steam client and install again.

So I tried doing as Chacal described, I got all files verified, twice. Tried running BLE, same result as before. So I uninstalled and then reinstalled just the BLE route by itself. Re-verified the files, they were fine so I tried loading BLE and another crash. Same Logmate as before.

Is this something I should ask Rick about or is this a DTG issue??

UPDATE: IT WORKS!!! I installed the BLE onto my laptop (after several billion updates) where it ended up working. I then copied and pasted the route folder which didn't work so I then also copied of the various files in the "Contents" folder. Whatever files are in there, made the BLE work on my desktop.

So that means you got a bad download. That's the only thing that would cause that.

I'm having the same problem. I'm reinstalling the route but I don't want to lose all my soundpacks in a verify (unless I can temporarily move them out of my Railworks folder) and if I can't get it to work by the end of next week then I will be getting a refund.

You should always have a back up of your assets folder and continually update it when you change things on your actual assets folder. As for fixing it, do you have a second computer you can install it to and then copy the files over to the first one with problems?? The good thing is that, at least in my case, the BLE assets worked, so I only had to copy the route folder and all the weird named files under the Content folder. I wonder since the route folder doesn't contain assets if I can share that with you. Does anyone know the legality behind that?

I've been able to place the BLE locos and stock in the editor on another route without error.

Quick update: Ran the route through RW-Tools and it says that the Templates.bin file is missing.

Want one of us to send it to you or you going to try another d/l?

I'll try another d/l and see what happens first.
