Problems coupling after changing couplers

Unread postby CArailroader » Wed Jan 10, 2018 12:21 am

Hey all,

I recently just changed couplers on the Phorum Peninsula S100, by changing the bin from the british style to the Buckeye Type E coupler that is included in the Phorum Peninsula route. In game the Type E shows up on the locomotive, but it doesn't couple up to any other American couplers. Is there anything else I'm supposed to change to get the couplers to work properly? Any help would be of great appreciation.

Thank you!

You might make sure Train Simulator Settings/Gameplay/Allow all coupling is checked.

I gave that a try but it didn't work... Is there something in the bin I may be missing?

Could it be a coordinate issue in the bin?

In the bin, which one is that: Pivot Point or Receiving Point?

Finally figured it out late last night. It was a combination of slowly adjusting how far the couplers were out, and their height.
