in game dialog popups not appearing (brake difficulty and such)

HI all, I recently came across a small issue with my trains simulator. When trying to change brake difficulty on locomotives with this feature, and some other dialogue popups quit appearing. (The ones for the top right corner). Some of the dialogue still appears such as nearby services, but that's about all. Any body else have this issue, or any ideas on how to fix this. I first noticed the dialog not appearing after getting the SP sd45t-2 that was recently released. Thanks!

I just checked this and I still get the dialogue boxes about brake difficulty in the upper right corner.

It's rather odd, it's not all locomotives that are like this. Also after tinkering around with a few locomotives I've noticed that if I messed toggle between the difficulty settings for a little bit the dialogue starts to show up. It's still a mystery but at least I found a workaround now!
