Game crashes when I try to make a new scenario

So I went into the editor to try to create a new scenario for Pacific Surfliner and when I select create new scenario and click on it my game freezes. What is the problem?

Does it do that when you try it on another route?

It only does that on Pacific Surfliner but other routes work fine.

I suggest you uncheck the route in your list in the library. Exit the game and reload it making sure that the Pacific Surfliner route is actually gone. Quit the game again and exit Steam. Start everything again and check the Surliner route in your library and let it load again. See if that fixes it.
