Can anyone tell me how to get this route to work: I used the installer to load it, but it doesn't show up.

This is an amazing route and I get on the average 75 to 100fps, which is amazing considering how densely populated it is (a tribute to the designer), but when I try to run the "Walnut Creek Run" scenario, my fps drops to 15, as soon as the services 1 thru 4 begin to run. I have tried the current and abridged version of the scenario, and both have the same problem. Has anyone figured out how to fix this problem?
