screenshots stopped working

I'm running TS2015 and for some reason my screenshots has stopped working "well not entirely one shot then it stops",re-boot and it will take one shot and quits again, so on and so on,have searched for a solution but cant find one, anyone know what might be the issue?

My first question is why are you running 2015 when the updates are automatic on Steam? I suggest you verify your cache.

Am running with updates as u say "automatic" goes without saying.

Well then you should be running TS2017 not TS2015. Now have you run the verify to see if there are any files missing?
