Ground Texture Glitch

All I can say is, help is very appreciated. It does go away after I load up the game again, but it's still really annoying.

Turn up your scenery detail and densitys
Da Build: Intel Core I5-9600k, Nvida RTX 2060 Super, 32 GB ram, and way too much storage.
