Steam Login Issue

Is anyone having issues with Steam today?

For some reason, my Steam client didn't remember my password.... and I sure as heck don't remember it. The password reset procedure is not working. I've contacted Steam Support, but haven't gotten a reply. It's been 4 hours so far.

It really annoys me that I am having this problem trying to start a game that I've paid for.... For what it's worth this is the first problem I've had with Steam.

Don.

You can run RW in off-line mode.

When I try to launch RW, the Steam login comes up. I don't see an option for setting offline mode.

Thanks

Having been an avid Steam user since 2006 (I only buy games that are on Steam now-a-days), I can tell you Steam Support is really slow. It usually takes them 6-12 hrs to respond to a ticket.

I tried to do a password reset a few months back and it didn't work (in the mean time I finally remembered my password). Steam support will take a few days to get back to you. They have always answered me when I needed help.

Nothing yet. I submitted a new "Question" at Steam Support that is in the correct category and subcategory....

How long does this take? A "few days"?? It's awful waiting. Terrible support.

Just got my new password. I'm back in business.

I'm used to password resets being done in minutes instead of hours or days.

I won't lose it again!
