Well if you are asking questions on how to use RWTools then you probably should just go through and study the manual. I'm sure it will answer all of your questions on how to operate and use all the functions of RWTools.

I'm having a hard time trying to follow what you're asking for. What 'markers' are you missing? Siding or destination markers placed on the map specifically for the scenario? Or are you talking about instructions within the Driver/Service's task list?

No, I don't think it does that.
You need to edit the scenario from inside the game and look at the timetable view for the driver instructions.
The errors will be marked in red.
Be aware that the dispatcher function in RW is not reliable. "Missing marker" MAY mean that a destination marker is really missing, but can be caused by many other seemingly unrelated problems. I've seen it caused by missing rolling stock, and by swapping an engine with a seemingly similar engine.

I see, well then if I go check that in game and they are red, what then to fix it? im asking because this isn't my route or anything so I have no clue what the train or service is to do.
sorry for all this, I don't edit anything on the game, the most I can do is repaint engines lol

I actually had this problem before. I just instructed the train to go somewhere else, but that was a switching scenario. I have no clue what kind of scenario your making. I honestly don't understand why this happens. Sometimes I go into the route and put a track marker (say a "siding" or "destination" marker) and place (using the scenario editor, not the route editor) it next to the one you're trying to make the train go to. Hopefully this was useful to you.

I might be able to put together a little tutorial (screenshots) for you in a little bit. Well at least it will use my method.
